Tracey Bush, Director
Tracey Bush is CEO of Spiral Health CIC, which provides in-patient care and rehabilitation services for adults, care homes and physiotherapy support, in the Blackpool, Preston and Chorley area. In April 2012 Spiral Health was the first social enterprise to take over an acute NHS hospital.
Tracey is a nurse by background, qualifying as a Registered General Nurse at Royal Preston hospital then moving into the private and not-for-profit voluntary sector, working in social care. Tracey built her career with renowned names in social care such as Leonard Cheshire Disability and the Alternative Futures Group. Working in Health and Social care for over 25 years Tracey has built up a wealth of knowledge in both Health and Social Care including being involved nationally with personal budgets and the Social Enterprise movement.
As a Certified Member of the Institute of Directors and previously a non-executive director of SELNET, Tracey has developed skills, knowledge and experience as a company director over the years to support her role as a non-exec with LCA.
As a Lancashire lass born and bred Tracey is keen to see the Lancashire agenda always at the forefront!
